When I was introduced to New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, I got a first-hand look at the man’s funny bone.

Richardson: Your name is Brad?

Richardson: Brad?

Me: Gr … (realize the man has a clever grin that suggests he got it and was just pulling my chain).

He walks on and a staffer leans over and says, “Looks like you got a new nickname.”
